The Cosmic Heart Transmissions are intended to bring you back to your centre.

Finding the gift – supports you to find the gift in challenging situations.
Freedom through forgiveness - reminds you to forgive yourself and others as a doorway to finding freedom in your experiences.
These audio transmissions can easily be incorporated into your daily life. Like when you have to walk the dog, do the dishes, clean your space, relax in the bath or when you want to do some adult colouring in. The options are as limitless as you are.
These audio transmissions can be listened to at your alter space or when you need some energetic support to intentionally feel your emotions and alchemise heaviness or overwhelm back into feelings of lightness.
